Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Bracket Cat app, made by IYIO ("we", "our", or "us"). On the App Store, Bracket Cat's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

• No account: there's no sign-in and nothing to register.
• No analytics, tracking or ads: the app has no third-party SDKs.
• No networking: the app doesn't send your brackets, teams or results anywhere. They leave your device only when you print or share them. The only request the app makes is to Apple's StoreKit, for Pro.

• Brackets, teams and results: each bracket (its name, format, teams, results, Undo history, seeds, logo and colour) is kept in the app's own storage on your device. We don't sync or copy it anywhere.
• Logo (Pro): picked with the system photo picker, so the app gets only the one picture you choose and needs no Photos permission. It's shrunk to at most 256 pixels before it's kept with the bracket; the full-size photo is never stored.
• Permissions: only adding to Photos, which iOS asks for the first time you save the bracket image. No camera, contacts, location, microphone or notifications, and no access to read your photos.
• Keeping: everything stays until you delete it, and Delete asks first. If Pro is ever lost, brackets you already made still open, play, print and share.

• Pro: an optional one-time in-app purchase through Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment, the app checks your purchase on your device, and we receive no purchase data.

Your bracket leaves the app only when you tap one of these. Each carries its teams and results:

• Print: sent with AirPrint to the printer you choose.
• Share PDF and Share image: sent with the system share sheet to the app or person you choose.

About › Report a problem or Suggest an idea opens an email to [email protected] in your own mail app, with the app version, iOS version and device model filled in. It reaches us only if you send it.

Bracket Cat Pro is an in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.

If the app changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
