Overview
This policy covers the Invoice Cat app, made by IYIO ("we", "our", or "us"). On the App Store, Invoice Cat's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".
- No account: there's no sign-in.
- No analytics, tracking or ads: the app has no third-party SDKs.
- No networking for your invoices: your invoices, clients and business details stay on your device. They leave it only when you choose to send, email or print them.
- One App Store lookup: when you open "More from the Cat family", the app asks Apple's public App Store which Cat apps are available. It sends only the Cat apps' App Store numbers and your store's two-letter country code, with no cookies or identifiers, and nothing about you or your invoices.
Your Invoices
- Stored: your invoices, estimates, clients and business profile, Pro's saved items and monthly repeats are kept in the app's own storage on your device.
- Your logo: picked with the system photo picker: the app gets only the image you pick, with no access to the rest of your library.
- Timesheets from Hours Cat: passed through a folder on your device that the Cat apps share, and removed from it once Invoice Cat has read them.
- PDFs: invoice and statement PDFs are made on your device.
Settings
"Share these details with your other Cat apps" is off by default. When it's on, your business details and logo are copied to a folder on your device that the Cat apps share, so Sign Cat and the other Cat apps on the same phone can offer them. Turning it off removes them. Nothing goes to a server. That switch, and whether you've answered its offer, are stored on your device.
Purchases
Invoice Cat Pro is an in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.
Changes to This Policy
If the app changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
