Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Resume Cat app, made by IYIO ("we", "our", or "us"). On the App Store, Resume Cat's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

• No account: there's no sign-in. Your name, email, phone and city are fields on your own résumé, stored with it on your device.
• No analytics, tracking or ads: the app has no third-party SDKs.
• No networking: the app makes no network requests of its own. Your résumés leave your device only when you choose to share, print or copy them.
• No permissions: the app doesn't ask for your camera, photos, contacts, location or notifications.

• Stored: résumés, cover letters and "Sent to…" notes are kept in the app's own storage on your device. They don't sync to iCloud.
• "Sent to…" notes (Pro): stay on your device. They are never added to the PDF, the plain-text copy or a duplicate.
• PDFs: made on your device, in a temporary folder, only to hand them to the share sheet or Print.

A résumé leaves the app only when you tap one of these:

• Share PDF: the system share sheet sends it to Mail, Files or the app you choose.
• Print: the system print panel.
• Copy text: puts the text on your clipboard, for pasting into an online application form.
• Contact us: in About, opens your own mail app. Nothing is sent unless you send it.

Resume Cat Pro is an in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.

If the app changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
