Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Seating Cat app, made by IYIO ("we", "our", or "us"). On the App Store, Seating Cat's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

• No account: there's no sign-in and nothing to register.
• No analytics, tracking or ads: the app has no third-party SDKs.
• No networking: the app doesn't send your guests' names, tags, tables or seats anywhere. They leave your device only when you print or share them.

• Guests, tags, tables and seats: stored in one file in the app's own storage on your device. They're part of your normal device backup, like any app's documents. We don't sync or copy them anywhere.
• A file that can’t be read: is kept as a dated copy beside it on your device, never sent anywhere.
• CSV import (Pro): reads the one file you pick in the system file picker, once, and keeps only the names and tags.
• No permissions: no camera, photos, contacts, location, microphone or notifications.
• Keeping: everything stays until you delete it. If Pro is ever lost, nothing you made is removed.

• Pro: an optional one-time in-app purchase through Apple's StoreKit. Apple processes the payment, the app checks your purchase on your device, and we receive no purchase data.

Your seating leaves the app only when you tap one of these for the seating chart or the place cards. Both carry your guests' names and tags:

• Print: sent with AirPrint to the printer you choose.
• Share PDF: sent with the system share sheet to the app or person you choose.

About › Report a problem or Suggest an idea opens an email to [email protected] in your own mail app, with the app version, iOS version and device model filled in. It reaches us only if you send it.

Seating Cat Pro is an in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.

If the app changes how it handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date.
