Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Sign Cat app, made by IYIO ("we", "our", or "us"). On the App Store, Sign Cat's privacy label is "Data Not Collected".

• No account: there's no sign-in and nothing to register.
• No analytics, tracking or ads: the app has no third-party SDKs.
• No networking for your documents: your documents and signatures stay on your device. They leave it only when you choose to share or save a signed PDF.
• One App Store lookup: when you open "More from the Cat family", the app asks Apple's public App Store which Cat apps are available. It sends only the Cat apps' App Store numbers and your store's two-letter country code, with no cookies or identifiers, and nothing about you or your documents.

• In: the Files picker, "Open in Sign Cat" from other apps, the document camera, the system photo picker (only the photos you pick, with no access to the rest of your library) and Scan Cat's "Sign with Sign Cat", which passes the PDF through a folder on your device that the Cat apps share.
• PDFs: kept in the app's own storage on your device, encrypted while your device is locked. Your original is never changed; signing makes a new copy.
• Signatures and initials: stored the same way and excluded from iCloud backup. They are never shared on their own, only inside a signed PDF that you share.

A signed PDF leaves the app only when you tap Share or Save to Files.

Your date style, ink colour and the name, initials and font for typed signatures are stored on your device. If you choose to share a Cat profile between Cat apps, the details you pick are kept in a folder on your device that the Cat apps share.

Sign Cat Pro is an in-app purchase handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't receive your payment details. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchases.
