Restore a Purchase
Tuxdio Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. To get it back on a new or reset device:
- Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought Tuxdio Pro.
- Open Tuxdio and go to the Business tab, then tap Tuxdio Pro.
- Tap Restore.
If it says "No purchases to restore on this Apple Account.", check which account you're signed in with. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
