Restore a Purchase
Convert Cat Pro is a one-time purchase tied to your Apple Account. To get it back on a new or reset device:
- Sign in to the App Store with the Apple Account that bought Pro.
- Open Convert Cat and open the Pro screen.
- Tap Restore purchase.
If it says "No purchase found for this Apple Account.", check which account you're signed in with. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
