    Record the drive or add it by hand. Each trip keeps where you went, the client it was for and why, and the month adds up your miles.

    Tap Bill to the client and their trips become lines on a draft invoice, one per trip, at the rate per mile you set for that client. Nothing is sent until you send the PDF.

    The service log keeps the truck’s oil changes and other services. Set a reminder and Tuxly tells you on the day it’s due. Log it when it’s done.
